Please ensure all tags remain attached and footwear is returned in the original shoebox to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Place your items in their original packaging and secure them in a protective outer mailing bag or box to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Parcel

  Print your generated return label and drop off the package at your nearest authorized courier point, ensuring you keep your proof of postage.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected and processed your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
